How It Works

Steps	It’s this easy to get a car!
1. Sign Up	Sign up to be a Whizzer Submit your application online, by fax or mail.
2. Make Reservation	Reserve a car whenever you need it 24 hours a day and 7 days a week via internet or call the Call Center operated Assisted Reservation Hotline at 6741 7666 daily from 7am to 10pm.
3. Pick Up Car	Pick up WhizzCar with your personal keyfob Use your personal keyfob to unlock the car doors and retrieve the car key from the glove compartment. Hop in and drive off!
4. Use Car	Use it to your convenience Enjoy the freedom of driving to where you want to.
5. Refuel Prior to Drop Off	Remember to refuel if you need to Simply use your Speedpass which is attached to your car keys. With a little bit of consideration for the next user, top-up the fuel if it is below 1/4 tank before you drop-off your car.
6. Drop Off Car	Return the Car Before your reservation time expires, return your WhizzCar to where you pick up the car, park it and lock the doors with your personal keyfob.
7. Billing	Account Status Our in-vehicle technology monitors your usage and updates your account automatically. You will be sent a detailed monthly statement for your convenience.
