MAKE RESERVATION
Reserve a car whenever you need it
Login any time to the WhizzCar reservation system to book your WhizzCar, or call our Operator-Assisted Reservation Hotline at 6741 7666 (open 7am to 10pm daily).
PICK UP CAR
Access your WhizzCar with your personal key fob / Ezlink card
Use your personal key fob to unlock the car, hop in, retrieve the car key from the glove compartment, start the car, and off you go!
USE CAR
Use your WhizzCar for leisure or business
Enjoy the freedom of driving in Singapore and even to Malaysia (surcharge applies)!
REFUEL PRIOR TO RETURNING
Remember to refuel to at least half-tank
Visit any Esso petrol station and use the Speedpass that is attached to your car keys to pay for petrol. Refuel to at least 1/2 tank before returning your WhizzCar so that the next member can enjoy the same convenience that you did.
DROP OFF CAR
Return the car to its reserved parking space
Before your reservation time expires, return your WhizzCar to its reserved parking spot and and lock the doors with your personal key fob.
BILLING
Check your usage and account info
Our in-vehicle technology monitors your usage and updates your account automatically. You will receive detailed monthly statements and can manage your account any time using the WhizzCar members’ e-portal.
